Most people have a working chatbot on their website within about 2 minutes: create it, paste some business information, copy the embed code and add it to your site.
No. Everything is configured from the dashboard. The embed is one line of code you copy and paste — no development skills needed.
No. The AI is provided by the platform. You only need to train the chatbot and paste the embed code.
The chatbot name (internal), the agent name visitors see, an emoji avatar, the welcome message, brand colour, suggested questions shown when the chat opens, and behaviour rules.
Open the chatbot from your dashboard and click Edit. Changes apply instantly — visitors see them on the next page load, no need to re-embed.
Clickable question chips shown to visitors when the chat window opens. Enter them one per line in the chatbot settings. If you leave it empty, we use up to three of your FAQs.
Yes. Set its status to "Paused" in the settings. The widget still shows, but visitors get an offline message instead of AI answers.
1) Paste business information as text (address, hours, products, policies). 2) Add FAQ question-and-answer pairs. 3) Set behaviour rules the AI must always follow. 4) Enter your website URL and we crawl it automatically.
Enter your site URL on the training page and we fetch the pages, strip navigation and styling, and save the readable content as knowledge items — up to your plan's page allowance (25 pages on the free plan, up to 3,000 on Agency), same domain only, with duplicate content removed. Each page is capped at 6,000 characters and tagged with its source URL.
Knowledge base limits depend on your plan: 10,000 characters on Free, 30,000 on Professional, 60,000 on Enterprise. The training page shows a meter so you can see how much is used.
Update the knowledge base — fix the business information or FAQ, or add a behaviour rule covering the topic. The chatbot retrains instantly, so changes take effect on the next question. The bot only answers from what you provide.
No. It is instructed to answer only from your knowledge base and to say it's not sure otherwise, offering to connect the visitor with a human. This prevents it from making things up about your business.
Open the chatbot in your dashboard and click Embed. Copy the one-line script and paste it just before the closing </body> tag of your site. The chatbot button appears bottom-right.
Any website that can load a script tag: plain HTML, WordPress, Shopify, React, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace — all of them.
No. Changes to the name, colour, knowledge base or instructions go live instantly. The embed code never changes.
Use the "Live preview" button on the Embed page — it shows the widget exactly as your visitors will see it on a demo page.
English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. The widget labels (placeholder, send button, close button, footer) follow the visitor's browser language automatically, and the bot replies in the language the customer writes in.
Yes. Open the chatbot in your dashboard, scroll to "Widget & replies language" and pick a language, or leave it on Auto to match each visitor's browser automatically.
It replies in the customer's language and answers from the knowledge base you trained. For the best experience in a specific language, add content in that language to the knowledge base.
Those are sources. When the bot answers from a page you crawled or an FAQ you wrote, the answer names where it came from, with a link where available. If it can't attribute an answer to your knowledge base, it says so and offers a human instead of guessing.
Yes. On desktop Chrome, Edge and Safari a mic button appears beside the message box. Visitors tap it, speak, and their words are sent as a normal message — and the bot's reply is read aloud in their language. A speaker button in the widget header turns the voice off, and typing always works as a fallback. Voice is included on every plan.
Every conversation appears in your Inbox in real time, grouped by chatbot, with unread counts shown on the sidebar.
Open the conversation, type your reply and send it. Replying automatically takes over the conversation — the visitor sees your message in the same thread and the AI stops answering.
Yes. Click "Resume AI" in the conversation and the bot will answer future messages again.
Use the Close button to mark it finished, or Delete to remove the conversation and all its messages permanently. Delete asks for confirmation first.
It appears in the Inbox page under New leads, and you get an email alert with their name, email and message, ready to reply.
Yes. Every Monday you get an email with each chatbot's week: conversations, questions answered, the exact questions missed, and new leads — with a link to add the missing answers to your knowledge base.

Choose a plan on the pricing page or from your account. The order is submitted and confirmed by the site admin before your plan changes — you'll keep your current plan until then.
Visitors see a friendly notice and the conversation pauses until the next day. The limit resets daily.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your Account page. Your chatbots and knowledge base are always kept.
Check: is the chatbot set to Active (not Paused)? Has your account reached the daily message limit? Was the question sent too quickly after the previous one (there's a short delay between messages)? If a human has taken over the conversation, the AI stays silent by design.
Check the embed code is before the closing </body> tag, not inside the <head>. Clear your site's cache (WordPress caching plugins, CDNs). If you're testing on localhost, make sure the script URL is reachable. Use the Live preview to confirm the widget itself works.
Make sure the URL is public and starts with https://. Sites behind logins, paywalls, or aggressive bot protection (Cloudflare challenge pages) can't be read. We only crawl pages on the same domain, and pages with little readable text are skipped.
The AI summarises rather than quoting word-for-word. For answers that must be exact (prices, policies), add them as FAQ pairs — the bot prefers those exact answers.
Yes. Conversations and knowledge base content are used only to provide the service, are never sold, and are deleted when you delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
